The number of people in our area who need help to get adequate nutrition is constantly growing.  El Caldito is part of the solution, and we have expanded our services to try to keep up with the increasing need.  Since 1984, El Caldito has grown from serving small meals to just a few people, to serving fully prepared, balanced meals to hundreds of people every day of the week. Almost every bit of the work we do is done by volunteers, and a great deal of the food we serve is donated or provided to us at low cost. (Source:https://www.elcalditolc.org)
